Wendy Renee Barnes
November 25, 1971 – June 14, 2016
ZEBULON – Wendy Renee Barnes, 44, died Tuesday. A native of Durham County she was daughter to the late Tex Michael Abrams & Helen Winifred McCormick Darnell. She was kindhearted and always giving. She was a devoted wife & loving mother. Renee was a true inspiration.
Funeral service 11 am, Saturday, Union Chapel Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband of over 19 years, Marty Ray Barnes of the home, sons, Marty Ray Barnes, Jr., Mason Riley Barnes, sisters, Robin Pearce (Ronald) of Zebulon, Rayna Fone (Dennis) of Zebulon, Maureen Stuttle (Jeff Woodring) of Wendell, father & mother-in law, Horace and Barbara Ann Barnes.
Flowers welcomed or memorials may be made to the son’s college funds c/o Marty Barnes Trust at any SECU location.
