RICHARD L. KINDELL
April 28, 1937 – September 8, 2012
KNIGHTDALE – Richard Lee Kindell, 75, passed away, Saturday, as a result of a car/motorcycle accident on August 17. A native of Cleveland, OH, he was son to the late Millard & Mary Spargur Kindell. Richard was always willing to help people no matter the situation and had a wonderful personality. He retired from DuPont in RTP after over 17 years of service. He was an avid golfer, bowler, enjoyed Blue Grass Music, and riding motorcycles.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 20 years, Maryellen Brantley Murray Kindell of the home, children, Robert Murray of Raleigh, & Melissa Kindell of Bloomingdale, NY, and sister Connie Smith (D.L.) of AZ.
Memorial funeral service 3 pm, Saturday, Strickland Funeral Home Chapel, 211 W. Third St., Wendell. The family will speak with friends following the service and other times at the home. www.stricklandfuneralhomes.net
