WENDELL – Jessie Lee Pearce Hendricks, 95, of 1016 Old Oak Tree Rd., died Tuesday. A native of Franklin County she was daughter to the late Garland David & Sadie Carter Pearce. She was preceded in death by her husband James A. Hendricks, & sister, Alma Pearce Jones.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718, or Hospice of Wake County, 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC, 27607.
Funeral service will be 2 pm, Friday, Strickland Funeral Home Chapel, 211 W. Third St., Wendell with visitation from 12:30 to 2 pm prior to the service and other times at the home. Burial to follow in Hephzibah Baptist Church Cemetery. www.stricklandfuneralhomes.net
