ELLA SUSAN PARRISH
February 4, 1917 – June 15, 2014
WENDELL – Ella Susan Parrish, 97, went home early Sunday morning. A native of Duplin County, she was daughter to the late Marrell & Winnie Brock Dunn. Ella was a kind woman who always put her family first in everything she did. She retired from Square D. She was preceded by her husband; Clyde Parrish son; Bobby Ray Parrish, several brothers & sisters.
She is survived by her daughter; Rose Lee Pope (Roy R.), sons; Gerald Parrish, Donald Lynn Parrish (Diane) all of Wendell, daughter-in-law, Paulette Parrish, sister, Nancy Miller of Kinston, 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, & 1 great, great, grandchild.
Graveside service 2 pm, Tuesday, Baptist Tabernacle Church Cemetery.
Arrangements are with Strickland Funeral Home, 211 W. Third St., Wendell.
