July 25, 1926 – November 14, 2016

ROLESVILLE – Annie Lee Edwards, 90, went home to be with the Lord on Monday evening.  She was born in Durham county to the late Clyde & Martha Watson Johnson.  She loved her family and they will keep her in their hearts forever.  She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Joseph “Sam” Samuel Edwards & sister, Hazel Parrish.

She is survived by her son, Connie Lee Edwards (Judy) of Wendell, grandchildren, Travis Edwards & wife Summer, Christy Stepnowski & husband, Jon, great grandchildren, Tyler & Kaylee Edwards, Samantha, Payton, & Caleb Stepnowski.

Funeral service 2 pm, Thursday, Union Chapel Baptist Church with visitation from 12:30 – 2 pm, prior to the service and other times at the home of Carol Bullock.

Arrangements are with Strickland Funeral Home, 211 W. Third St., Wendell.
