KNIGHTDALE – Wilma Narron Boykin, 92, passed away on Monday. She was born in Johnston County to the late Onnie Narron and Marie Congleton Narron. She worked for the United States Government as a serologist. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of over 60 years, Nathan Boykin and sisters, Kervin Satterwhite, Pauline Wilder, Estelle Pegram and Lala Hollamon.

She is survived by her son, Brian Boykin (Marie); grandson, Lee Boykin (Jamie Woolard); her extended family, the Gores and her faithful companion, Kazu, also known lovingly to her as “Doggy.”

    Prayers for the family. Wilma was a devoted Christian lady. She attended Antioch Baptist Church as long as she was able., taught a Sunday School Class. She will be missed by everyone, She is in heaven with all her family, friends, & loved one who have gone on before her.

    So sorry I didn’t learn earlier of Aunt Wilma’s passing. She was a tender hearted and quiet person. Only person who could make a great buttermilk pie at Thanksgiving and XMAS. Now you can reunite with David and the rest of your family. You have and always will be in my heart.

      Thank you Debbie. Wilma is at peace now. The Parkinson’s and Dementia really got bad the last 6 months of 2021.
      She still had home cooked meals everyday and smiled. She lloved all of her family and called for the Lordto take her home many times🙏🏻🙏🏻✝️✝️💟💟. ..He heard her plea. 🙏🏻
