April 4, 1934 – September 11, 2019

ZEBULON – Wesley Gray Privette, 85, died Wednesday.  He was born in Franklin County to the late William Earnest and Hazel Pearce Privette.  He worked as an electrician and owned his own business.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Anita Privette; daughters, Hazel C. Privette and Tiffany P. Aldridge; son, Timothy Privette; grandchildren, Grayson Privette and Wesley Aldridge; sisters-in-law, Rosalie Moody and Alice Jones; brothers-in-law, Edgar Jones (Brenda) and Ronnie M. Jones (Joan) and sister-in-law, Dorothy Jones.

Memorial Service, 2:00 pm, Saturday, Pilot Baptist Church, 8103 NC-39, Zebulon.  Visitation, 1:00 – 2:00 pm, prior to the service in the Pilot Baptist Church Family Life Center.  Private inurnment will take place following the service.

    Wesley was a good friend and fellow Firefighter, he was one of what i call a True Pilot Person and he will be missed. Prayers for all his family! If God needs any electrical work he has the man for the job! RIP old friend!

    Wesley was a great man never turned anyone down that was in need I’ve known him many yrs like my parents Elvertis and Blonnie jones my condolences go out to the family God bless them all

    We were so sorry to hear of Wesley’s passing. Wesley, as well as Timothy, helped us with our electrical work when building our house by Tom Taylor.
    Wesley was always willing to help with his recognized smile.
    We will always remember him. Vicki&Greg Hartrich.

    Condolences to the Family. Mr. Wesley was a wonderful plumber and Friend in the neighborhood. Anytime me or a Family member would call he would always come. He will truly be missed in the neighborhood. The High/Jones Family
