PRINCETON – Shirley Ann Jeffords, 72, died on June 26 at Nash General Hospital. She was born in Johnston County to the late Jesse Edwards & Viola Jones Robbins. She worked for Peden Steel & also at a nursing home for many years. She was a loving person with a big heart. She was preceded in death by her son Timmy Baines.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Ernest Jeffords, siblings, Charlie, Doug, & William Robbins, Bessie Young & Lillian Jeffords.

Funeral service 3 pm, Sunday, Strickland Funeral Chapel, 211 W. Third St. Wendell with visitation from 2-3 pm, prior to the service & other times at the home.
