Seba Ashley Creech
May 1, 1928 -March 15, 2016
ZEBULON – Seba Ashley Creech, 87, passed away Tuesday at home surrounded by his loving family after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. He was a native of Johnston County and son to the late Seba & Crama Corbett Creech. Ashley served in the U. S. Army during the Korean war and was a tobacco & hog farmer the rest of his life. He believed in Faith, Family, & Farming. He was preceded in death by his son, Gerald.
Ashley is survived by his wife of 65 years, Ruth Wheeler Creech, sons, Gary (Brenda), Greg, Brent (Allison), Brooks (Tootie), daughter-in-law, Jenny, brothers Bill (Nell), Joe Garner (Phyllis), 12 grandchildren & 1 great grandchild.
Flowers welcomed or memorials may be made to Hales Chapel Baptist Church or Transitions Lifecare.
Funeral service 2 pm, Friday, Hales Chapel Baptist Church with visitation 12-2, prior to the service & other times at the home. Burial in the church cemetery.
