Robert Waylon Tuggle
March 1, 1987 – May 25, 2020
GREENVILLE – Robert Waylon Tuggle, 33, passed away Monday, May 25th, 2020. He was born in Wake County to Terry Lee Tuggle and Melva Goettge Hinsley. He was a talented mechanic that enjoyed the outdoors. Waylon was a devoted son, brother, uncle and friend. He will be sorely missed by many.
A celebration of Waylon’s life will be held at a later date and will be announced on his Facebook page in coming days.
He is survived by his parents, Terry Lee Tuggle and Melva Goettge Hinsley; siblings, Terry Lee Tuggle II (Ashley Long) and Melyssa Tuggle (Clay Alphin); grandmother, Melva Ruth Goettge; uncles, Fred Tuggle and Robert Goettge and nieces, Mackenzie and Korah Alphin.
Waylon will lie in state from 12pm – 5pm, Thursday, May 28th, 2020 at Strickland Funeral Home & Crematory, 211 W. Third Street, Wendell. www.stricklandfuneral.com

Count us as one of the friends that will surely miss Waylon. We understand what you are going through and the only thing we can add is that his skills were needed where I’m sure he resides now. Our loss is their gain! We’re thankful that we had the opportunity to know him.
