Stuart, first let me start by saying how sorry I am for the passing of your mother. On the other hand, how wonderful that she lived to be 96 – who would have imagined. I know that you will miss her dearly. As for me, I am sorry that I never had the opportunity to meet your mom. Over the many years that I have known you, you have always made a point to share pictures of your mom (in her youth and activities with and others, even as recent as this past Thanksgiving.

For what it is worth, know that your mom appreciated you caring for her as she aged but especially in her last days. This is Biblical. Please know that your close friends are thinking of your during this time of grieving and making plans for your mom’s earthly resting place. May you find strength in the coming days, weeks, and months. And that you can reflect on your mom’s life with fondness and loving memories. All my best to you!
