Peggy Ann Ferguson Brantley
October 15, 1949 – February 4, 2025
Peggy Ann Ferguson Brantley, 75, went to her eternal home and heavenly rest on Tuesday, February 4, 2025. She was born in Franklin County to the late John & Florence Woodlief Ferguson. Peggy has been a professional hairdresser since 1969. She was a strong, strong, strong woman. She was strong in her faith, strong with her work ethic, & strong with her generosity. She was a contrast with her strength yet her compassionate heart. Peggy was an active member of the Bunn Garden Club for over 35 years. Her memory will be cherished for the rest of her family’s lifetime and beyond. She was preceded in death by many siblings.
She is survived by her husband and best friend of over 24 years, Ricky Brantley, children, Jonathan Layton Bullock (Jenny), William Jennings Bullock, III (Amy), Barbara Gayeski, sister, Mae Finch, grandchildren, Emily Gayeski, Maggie Wilder (Matt Gray), William Allen Bullock, Macon Vance Bullock, Ryan Bullock, great grandchildren, Liam & Owen.
A funeral service will be held at 2 pm, Friday, February 7, 2025, at Union Hope Baptist Church, 12712 NC-97, Zebulon, NC 27597, with visitation to follow the graveside service.
