Marty: My European vacation buddy. I’ll never forget when we were in downtown Paris, France listening to Merle Haggard’s “Fightin side of me” as loud as the car cd player would play.

I still have the Eifel Tower souvenir he brought me back. Will miss him!

It’s still hard to believe you are gone. We had many good times over our 30 plus years being friends. I remember one of our recent conversations when Marty and Liz came by the house. It meant a lot to me and even more now. Little did we know it would be one of our last. Rest in peace my old friend. My deepest condolences to Liz, Amanda, Kevin, Jason, Larry, Patsy and Family. May your memories bring you comfort and peace in the days ahead.

My apologies to the rest of the family for not making it to Marty’s memorial. For some reason, I didn’t realize the date and time, as I was there the night before for an aunt on my Father’s side. Now I will be back again this week for my Step-mom’s. Please forgive me. I understand your loss. He is missed!
