MARY FRANCES EUDY LILES
July 10, 1925 – Dec. 11, 2010
ZEBULON –Mary Frances Eudy Liles went to be with her Lord and Savior and late husband Kenchin A. Liles on Saturday, December 11, 2010.
She had an enormous gift of love, never met a stranger, and was passionate about her family and friends, sewing, NC State & NASCAR. She graduated from Wendell High School in 1942 and retired from Westinghouse Meter Plant in 1987.
She is survived by: son, Donn A. Liles (Virgie) of Spring Hope; grandchildren, Jennifer Woody (Ed) & Michele Foster (Edwin) of Wendell, daughter, Susan L. Blackard (Thomas) of Wendell, grandchildren, Jackie Clessuras (Art) of San Jose, CA, Lee Murray (Wendy) of Youngsville, and adopted granddaughter, Farrah Baynes (Sydney) of Zebulon, great grandchildren, Greysen, Elizabeth Woody, Emma Katherine Woody, Mary Elizabeth Foster, Ava Mackenzie Foster, Alexander James Clessuras, Nicholas Lee Clessuras, Darren Lee Murray, and adopted great grandchildren, Anna Ruth Baynes, and namesake, Julia Frances Baynes. She is also survived by her Wellington family.
She was predeceased by her brothers; Clarence Eudy, Bill Eudy, and sister Barbara Capps.
In lieu of flowers, donations of remembrance may be made to Hospice of Wake County or the American Cancer Society.
The family would like to thank Dr. Mohit Pasi, The Duke Raleigh Pain Clinic, and the Wellington Rehabilitation Center including all of its staff for the special care and love for Mother. She loved all of you and our family is larger because of you.
Visitation will be at Strickland Funeral Home, 211 W. Third St., Wendell on Tuesday, December 14, 2010 from 7:00 to 8:30 pm and other times at the home of Thomas & Susan Blackard 2308 Davistown Rd., and Donn & Virgie Liles, 536 Webb’s Mill Road. www.stricklandfuneralhomes.net
