January 15, 1939 – July 20, 2018

WENDELL – Margie Marie Fuller, 79, died July 20th. She was born in Franklin County to the late Ballard J. and Mable Gilliam Fuller. She was a beautician for 42 years and owned and operated the Cinderella Beauty Shop at Five Points in Raleigh, NC. A dog lover and people person with an unforgettable personality, Margie enjoyed dining at the Angus Barn, going to the NC State Fair, talking, and laughing. She was preceded in death by her special friend of 32 years, Lane B. Brown, and sister, Lurlyne F. Strickland.

She is survived by Steve and Lorraine Richardson, close cousins and caregivers, of Wendell, NC, and many other extended family and friends who will remember her fondly.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the American Heart Association or to a charity of your choice.

The visitation will be held this Friday, July 27th, at Strickland Funeral Home located at 211 W. Third Street in Wendell, NC, from 6:30-8:00pm and at other times at the home of Steve and Lorraine Richardson. The graveside service will be held Monday, July 30th, at Flat Rock Baptist Church in Louisburg, NC, at 11:00am.

    So very sorry for your loss. Margie was a special person and friend to all in our Cedar Creek neighborhood. We will miss her.

    Margie will be missed in the neighborhood specially on Little Giant where she came to me while I was taking my walk. She always had a smile on her face and ready to help when needed.

    Offering my sincere condolences to the family. The Bible offers comfort when we grieve the loss of our loved ones. Jesus words at John 5:28,29 gives hope of seeing your loved one again. I hope this scripture bring comfort and calmness of heart during this difficult time.
