I will always remember L. H. from my childhood when he and his brothers worked for Grandaddy at the old Wendell Drug company. He was always so patient and kind to a boy who could sure be a handful at times ! He was a great guy and I’m sure he will be missed by all who knew him. Fair winds and God’s love for you, L.H. !

I worked with LH for many years at Corning Glass. He was a very smart man, a very good man along with being a friend to everyone. I remember when he first started to work at Corning a few of the guys in the mechanic shop were bragging about how good they were at pool, well we went across the street after work and LH beat all of us. We didn’t know that he use to own a pool room in Windell and he didn’t tell us until he put a whipping on all of us. REST IN PEACE OLD FRIEND
