KNIGHTDALE – Judyth Ann Hall Johnson, 76, crossed over to heaven on Saturday surrounded by her beloved family.  She was a native of Hancock County, OH and a daughter to the late Robert Glen & Wilmetta June Orwig Hall. She spent memorable holidays and summers at Mamoo’s, her grandmother’s home in Findlay, OH that laid the foundation for her love of connection and family.

She had sparkling eyes and carefree spirit and made you feel like a part of the family from the first moment. She had a magical way of lighting up a room and had a raucous laugh that will not be forgotten.

Over the years her favorite pastimes included painting in watercolor, decorating, time at the beach, gardening, and as a total waterbaby—became a whitewater kayaker at 50 which she enjoyed with her husband and daughter for 7 years!

She found her calling when she created Lead Generators with her mother Willie—a marketing firm that she operated for 25 years. She fostered an environment of love and trust and mentored many.

She is survived by Stan Leslie Johnson, her husband of 54 years, children Julia MacMonagle (Brad) of Apex and Michael Johnson (Nicholas Hummel) of Pittsburgh, sister Kathryn Olsen (Chris) of Clayton, & grandson Michael MacMonagle.

Flowers welcomed or memorials may be made to your local dog rescue.

Family and friends visitation from 1-2 pm, funeral service 2 pm—Friday at Strickland Funeral Home & Chapel, 211 W. Third St,Wendell, NC. Burial will follow in Greenmount Cemetery, Wendell.
