Jodie Lee Williams, Sr.
August 16, 1934 – September 1, 2015
ZEBULON – Jodie Lee Williams Sr., 81, passed on Monday. A native of Franklin County he was son to the late Sonnie & Annie Etheridge Williams. He was a hard worker and the truest of friend. He loved his family & helping others, often cutting grass for the elderly. He was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Mangum Williams, grandson, Christopher Brantley, and brother, Julius “Jay” Williams.
Graveside service 11 am, Friday, Wakefield Cemetery.
He is survived by his children, Jodie Lee Williams, Jr. of Middlesex, Pam Hooven of Wendell, Cindi Williams of Zebulon, Karen Lumley (David) of Wendell, Angie Hall of Zebulon, brother, Jackie Dee Williams (JoAnn), 7 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren.
Flowers welcomed or memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
