To Becky Spivey, Susan and Philip and the rest of the family – So sorry to hear of Mr. Spivey’s passing. Although we hadn’t seen you in a while, we thought of you often. You made our time in Zebulon wonderful. Fond memories of Jimmy Spivey at church, living on the same street and the nonsense that was shared. Special times that we will never forget. You are in our thoughts and prayers and we send our sincerest Christian love during this time of loss. We know because of our faith in Jesus Christ, this is not goodbye – we will meet again one day. Sending our love – Donald and Gail

I was blessed to have known such a man and his family. He told me stories of his childhood. He was very proud of both Susan and Phillip. Loved all 4 grandchildren dearly and enjoyed telling me of the grandchildren’s escapades and accomplishments.
My greatest memories will be of his humor and jokes.
The Lord has a prankster within His mist now.

Times like these can be extremely difficult. Rest assured that there will be a resurrection. Jesus promised this at John 5:28-29. We have a sure hope of seeing our loved ones again. May the promise found in God’s word bring you and your family comfort and hope.
