Jennifer Lee Medlin, 71, passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2023.  She was born in Johnston County to the late Hubert and Lunette Lee.  She was known by her grandchildren as Nanny.  She loved them with all her heart, and they brought her great joy.  She was married to the late Joe Lynn Medlin for 55 years.  I addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Timothy Lynn Medlin, and brother Kenneth Lee.

She is survived by her daughters, Jenny Baines (Scott), Tracy Medlin (Lee Page), Janie Murray (Joey), grandchildren, Courtney Calhoun (Steven), Aleena Shearin (Tyler), Austin Sanderford, Ty Medlin, Mackenzie Murray, Savanna Baines, great grandchildren, Kamden Shearin, Kensley Shearin, Bryson Calhoun, brothers, Dee Lee, Wayne Lee, sisters, Wilma Coats and Cynthia Barbour.

A private graveside service will be held.
