Jennifer “Ginger” Winstead Martin, 56, died on Friday. She was born in Nash County to the late Marce Winstead and Marylee Hinnant Brantley & her husband Mickey. She was a strong-willed woman who was a true helpmate to her husband and much beloved mother, grandmother, sister, & friend. Ginger had a strong-willed personality and a love of Mickey Mouse.

Funeral 11 am, Tuesday, Strickland Funeral Home & Crematory Chapel with burial to follow in Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery in Youngsville.

She is survived by her husband and best friend, Bobby Glenn Martin, children, B. J. Martin (Tara), Angie Winstead, Justin Brown, Cody Brown (Lauren), Hunter Brown (Crystal), siblings, Lee Winstead (Amy), Ann Zabinski, grandchildren, Tanner Williamson, Peyton Williamson, Natalie Brown, Cain Brown, Layla Brown, Sebastyan Martin, & Skyler Martin.
