Harold Eugene Parrish

ZEBULON – Harold Eugene Parrish, 80, died Sunday. He was born in Johnston County to the late Wilbert David & Cynthia Mozell Cockrell Parrish. He was an exceptional plumber. Harold was a hard worker and good provider who led by example instilling this belief in his children. He was a great cook and also loved working at the Carolina Mudcats Stadium. He was preceded in death by brother, William Earl Parrish.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Frances Driver Parrish of the home, children, Ronnie E. Parrish(Cheri), Bonnie J. Parrish, both of Zebulon, favorite granddaughter, Alli Noteboom (James “Boomer”), brother, Stephen E. Parrish (Dorothy) of Selma, & grand dog, Lexi.

Funeral service 11 am, Wednesday, Watkins Chapel Baptist Church with visitation from 9:30 – 11 am, prior to the service and other times at the home.. Burial, church cemetery.

Arrangements are with Strickland Funeral Home, 211 W. Third St., Wendell.
