Gary Stephen Peck

September 5, 1952 – March 3, 2022

WENDELL – Gary Stephen Peck, 69, passed away on Thursday after a brave battle with cancer. He was born in Forsyth County to the late LaVern A. Peck, Jr. and Beryle Williams Peck. He worked as a Certified Welder and Production Supervisor for SMT, Inc. in Raleigh. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army from 1972 to 1974. Gary was an avid outdoorsman and a proud fisherman. He was also a skilled and accomplished billiard player, having won many trophies due to his talent. He will be fondly remembered as a loving brother, uncle and friend.

He is survived by his siblings, Nancy Boles, David Allen Peck (Carolyn), James “Jim” Lynn Peck (Dianne), Sharon Creech (Wayne), numerous nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
