Emmaree Lois Daniels Stallings Evans

January 26, 1943 – May 26, 2016

Emma Evans went home to be with the Lord on Thursday.  She was born in Wake County and was the daughter to the late Rosevelt & Alice High Daniels.  Emma did Private Duty Nursing for over 45 years.  She was a kind and loving woman who touched many lives.  When Emma was around you knew you would be laughing because she always kept something going and she could make up words and sayings you never heard of before.  She loved life and enjoyed every bit of it  She was preceded in death by her husband, Isaac Stallings, sister, Alice Elaine Daniels and granddaughter Le’Teya Williamson.

She is survived by her husband Theodore Evans of Raleigh, daughter, Carla Williamson of Louisburg, sons, Ernest M. Lee & wife Gloria of Gainesville, FL, Ranzo Lee & Stella Lamm of Elm City, Donald Crutchfield & Ebony Wesley of Kenly,  step-daughters, Cynthia Harris & husband Tim of Raleigh, Jackie Davis of Chapel Hill, step-sons, Bruce Hendricks of Raleigh, and Leon Harvey, deceased,  adopted daughter, Terry Wiggins Bass, adopted son, Bishop Eddie Bass, God daughters, LaVerne Holder of Wendell  Ella Crutchfield of Kenly, daughter-in-law and special friend Jackie Crutchfield of Zebulon, sister, Elizabeth Scarboro & husband Rosevelt of Wake Forest, brother, Horace Daniels of Wendell, 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and she leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews & other family.
