Elton Ray Massey
May 26, 1932 – March 9, 2017
ZEBULON – Elton Ray Massey, 84, died March 9. He was born in Nash County to the late Thomas Lloyd & Iva Brantley Massey. Mr. Massey served in the National Guard. He was the owner of Massey Plumbing for many years. He was a good husband and father. Elton loved golf, baseball & softball. He was preceded in death by 9 siblings & 2 half brothers.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Geraldine Hood Massey of the home, children, Michael Elton Massey, Tonya Gail Massey, siblings Thomas Gerald Massey, Genevieve Gill (Ed), all of Zebulon, grandchildren, Nikki Massey, Michael Elton Massey, Jr., & great grandson, Brayden.
Memorial service 11 am, Saturday, Union Chapel Baptist Church with visitation from 10-11 am, prior to the service.
