WENDELL – Donald Ray Driver, 86, died Tuesday. He was born in Johnston County to the late L. H. & Lila Mae Hinton Driver. He retired from the NC State Fair Grounds. He loved animals and being with his family. He was preceded in death by a son, Barry Ray Driver & several siblings.

He is survived by his daughter, Deborah Driver Wall (Ronnie) of Wendell, brother, Carlton Driver (Claudia) of Zebulon, grandchildren; Jeremy Wall (Valeria) Nick Wall (Jessica) great grandchildren, Lauren, Kassidy, Aaron & special friend, Peggy Walters

Flowers welcomed, or memorials may be made to the SPCA.

Funeral 11 am, Saturday, White Oak Baptist Church with visitation from 9:30 – 11 am, prior to the service. Burial, Gethsemane Memorial Gardens.
