Danny Cedric Royal
January 18, 1955 – November 9, 2024
Danny Cedric Royal, 69, passed away on November 9, 2024, after a lengthy struggle with Vascular Dementia. He grew up in Knightdale and lived the rest of his life on their farm just outside Wendell. He loved his family and enjoyed cars, trucks, motorcycles, horses and dogs. He was Danny Boy to his wife, Dad to his son and daughter-in-law, and Daddy R to his granddaughters.
He is survived by his wife, Jenny Raper Royal; their son, Jeremy Royal and his wife, Priya; granddaughters Kiran and Alex (Alexandria); and sister, Paula (David). He was preceded in death by his parents, Cedric and Pauline Royal.

Funeral service will be at 2:00pm on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at Strickland Funeral Home & Crematory, Wendell NC with visitation from 1:00pm to 2:00pm prior to the service. Entombment will be private for the family only
