Daniel Frank Padulo Jr

Dan’s life verse:  Proverbs 3:3-5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not rely on your own understanding, think about Him in all your ways and He will guide you on the right paths.

Daniel Frank Padulo, Jr, 70, passed away Friday, March 8, 2019.  Dan was born in Norwalk, Connecticut to the late Daniel Frank Padulo Sr and the late Florence Ferrino.  Dan is survived by his wife, Rebecca Padulo; predeceased by daughter Meghan Padulo; survived by daughter Leigh Baroch and her husband, Kelly Baroch, granddaughters Kacey McNemar and Dallas Miller, and her husband Shayne Miller, and great granddaughter Eden Skye; and by stepdaughter Raquel Dishner and her husband Aaron Dishner, and grandchildren Kaia and Takumi Dishner.  

Dan was a graduate of St Leo University in St Leo Florida.  He was retired, having had a varied career as teacher, salesman, buyer, assistant manager, truck driver, and call center manager.  Dan was an avid lifelong golfer and football fan, deeply enjoying the triumph of his beloved Patriots this last Superbowl. Dan was also a dancer, singer, guitar player, songwriter, and actor, enjoying his favorite roles as Falstaff in Shakespeare’s Merry Wives of Windsor, the Cowardly Lion from the Wizard of Oz, and best of all, Tevye from Fiddler on the Roof.  Dan’s faith was strong, and he was inspired to write songs that reflected that faith.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Missions Fund at Hephzibah Baptist Church, Wendell, NC 27591.

Funeral service 11 am, Saturday, Hephzibah Baptist Church.

    Dan was My Friend. I do miss him so. But I shall see him again and we wiil dwell in the presence of our Savior Jesus Christ forever. Laughing and carrying on the way we were made. Becky you and Dan & many others came to my side when I lost Jackie, now I can be by your side as you have lost Dan. I have prayed on your behalf & will continue to pray as the Holy Spirit leads.

    I know how hard it is to have someone suddenly taken from you and I also know that through Gods love all will be fine. Wish I could be there during your time of sorrow

    Becky, I was so sorry to learn of Dan’s passing. I’ll always joyfully remember his days here in Londonderry, especially performing in so many roles during the LWC Variety Shows during the ’80’s. May God grant him eternal peace and happiness while comforting and strengthening you and your family.
