WENDELL – Claudia Karen Boyes, 65, died Tuesday at home with her son at her side. A native of Duluth, MN, she was daughter to the late Claude & Francis Harless. Claudia was a registered nurse. She had a green thumb and loved roses. She was a great artist. Claudia loved to read and anyone who knew her was blessed to know her great sense of humor. She loved her grandchildren dearly.
She is survived by her son; Justin Boyes (Jennifer) of Zebulon, and grandchildren; Jordan & Jacob.
In lieu of flowers memorials are requested to the American Lung Association.
Memorial service, 3 pm, Friday, Zebulon Baptist Church. The family will be at Justin and Jennifer’s home at other times.
