MIDDLESEX – Billy Elmo Brantley, 49, died unexpectedly on Tuesday. He was born in Wake County. Billy loved grilling, fishing, cutting the grass, & tinkering on things to get them working again. Billy worked for Pearce Pump & Plumbing for 20 years. He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Elmo Brantley, Sr.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie LeBlanc Brantley, children, Matthew, Michael, & Elizabeth Brantley, his mother, Inez Langley Brantley, siblings, Wiley Brantley(Angie), Samantha Eichacker, his chihuahuas, Thumbelina, Buddy, Teddy, Little Man, Coco, Sparkles, & Heavy Jr.

Visitation 6-7:30 pm, Thursday, Strickland Funeral Home & Crematory, 211 W. Third St., Wendell. MASKS ARE REQUIRED.

    Billy was one of the sweetest people I ever had the pleasure to have as a friend and he loved staying with me and my sons. I love you sweetie and I know God got a wonderful ANGLE. Love you Momma Z

    Billy was always smiling when him and Wiley come fix my plumbing. Gone way to early. Prayers go out to his family.

    BILLY brought Matthew to see Morgan after she left school and went in to a group home.Billy was a very sweet person and so was Matthew.Morgan and I are praying for Matthew and the family. Deloris Brantley Morgans grandmother.
