Arlette Fernande West

Arlette F. Boucher was born on February 7, 1941, in Saint-Germain-d’Arce, Sarthe, France, loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother passed away peacefully the morning of February 24, 2025, in Wendell, NC, at the age of 84. She was a loving mother and viewed everyone as family. She went out of her way to help others and was the rock for many. She spent most her time helping the elderly and the church. She was devout Catholic and dedicated her time to the Legion of Mary and other functions of St. Andrew the Apostle in Sierra Vista, AZ, and Fort Huachuca.
She was preceded in death by parents, Rene and Emma Boucher; siblings, Lillian Boucher, Mineille Boucher, Albert Boucher, Jacques Boucher, and Daniel Boucher; and son- in-law, Shawn Cretens.
She is survived by her sister, Collette [Larry] Ciaburri; children, Carol [Steve] West-Smith, Jackie Cretens, Frank [Deborah] West, and Joseph [Kellie] West; grandchildren, Johnny, Jennifer, Jessica, Will, Tyler, Ryan, Sydney, Garrett, Christopher, and Michael; and great-grandchildren, Noah, Nick, Kenzie, Kali, Mason, Chase, and Connor.
Family will have a private celebration of life at a later time and request donations in honor of Arlette be sent to: St. Jude Children’s Hospital Feb 7, 1941 – Feb 24, 2025
