    Lisa and Thomas,
I just wanted you to know I am thinking about you and your family. I enjoyed working with your mom in the Intangibles Tax Division. Not only did she train me when I first worked there she also was someone I often sought advice from. I hope your memories of her will be a source of comfort and peace in the days ahead. Take care – Sally Williamson Greaser

I knew Ms. Sadie during the last few years of her career at NCDOR. She was a fine person and very professional.

I remember Governor Hunt visiting the Department shortly after a new computer system went live. He asked, “Since this system makes you more efficient, you should need fewer employees.” Ms. Sadie spoke up and said, “To the contrary, this is going to help us find additional non-compliance and make us more effective. It is likely we will need more help.” She always stood up for employees of the Department.

Her family is in our thoughts and prayer at this time.
